The squad the the OP does a nice job with the Qs and As and all but even though they strictly announce that teams are limited to 5 players max, I consistently see multiple tables with anywhere from 6 to 9 players that are participating. I wish the organizers paid more attention to this blatant disregard for playing fair. Or rather I wish that people weren't so blatantly dishonest.
People: Play by the rules or just don't play is all I'm sayin.
Quiz Masters: Pay attention and enforce your rules. It will be alot more fun if it's fair.

If I see a table with more than 5 people tonight I'm going to Googling isht like nobody's business to prove my point.

I certainly don't blame you for being frustrated.

As one of the hosts, I can say this:

Some tables have more than 5 people, and also have more than 1 team playing because they've split into multiple teams.

Some tables have more than 5 people, but not everyone is playing.

No team that I'm aware of when I've been playing has won a cash prize with a team of more than 5 people.

But I certainly can't swear that some teams aren't cheating by breaking the 5-person limit. If I notice something hinky, I will ask the team about it.

But because we allow tables to have more than 5 people, I can't assume that every table with 6 or more people is cheating -- and, in fact, the large tables that I can see when I'm hosting (or playing) almost always have multiple teams.

If you see a team that's cheating, let the host know. Point them out. We'll say something.

And yes, cheating blows. Please don't cheat.
