The Wedgwood Ale House is a relaxed neighborhood hangout in northeast Seattle between Lake City Way and Sand Point Way. The food is typical pub fare, with a nice selection of appetizers; we enjoyed the chicken strips, which were hot and crispy.

Trivia starts at 10:00, a bit late for a Sunday evening and exactly when the kitchen closes; show up early if you want to order something to eat. Twenty-five questions of moderate difficulty are delivered in a single round, after which teams exchange answer sheets and grade each others' papers. There's no charge to participate, and prizes are of the "tchotchke" variety, with prizes going to the top several finishers. 6/06
